We have custom fabricated numerous faux textures from real-life sign projects. Each faux texture is poured into a 2' by 4' mold that is roughly 1.5" thick, and is designed specifically to tile seamlessly to cover ANY surface area, both interior and exterior. We have even developed methods to wrap each faux texture around corners, and can even be applied to curved surfaces.

The use of real wood, marble, stone, brick, or other masonry products in sign production is very expensive. The raw material costs is much higher than having us hand apply a faux finish to other sign materials, such as high density urethane (HDU) Sign Foam. The machinery production time is much longer which adds unnecessary expense, and the weight is higher, adding to freight charges. In most cases (especially wood signs), a faux sign will actually out-perform the real thing!

Our faux texture products are form-molded high density urethane (HDU) that replaces many traditional building materials at a fraction of the cost, weight and installation time. Our highly durable faux texture panels are realistic-looking designs, including (but not limited to) the faux texture patterns illustrated above.
